Allianz Insurance Improves Customer Satisfaction with NextiraOne Contact Centre Solution
7th June 2004, NextiraOne today announced that it has completed a contact centre implementation for Allianz pojištovna, a.s., the Czech Republic‘s leading insurance company and a wholly owned subsidiary of the world's second largest insurance company, the Allianz AG Munich group.
The 50 agent contact centre solution designed and implemented by NextiraOne ensures that calls are routed efficiently enabling 95 per cent of customers to reach a qualified agent within 15 seconds.
NextiraOne deployed an Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprise, enabling automatic attendance, automatic call distribution, integrated voice recognition (IVR) menus and operator statistics, replacing a proprietary PABX system that was only able to provide basic telephony services.
This new contact centre solution enables Allianz to route calls efficiently, optimise operator efficiency and streamline communication with customers. This has greatly improved the level of service that Allianz is able to deliver over the telephone to customers, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction.
In addition to improving the quality of the service that Allianz is able to deliver to its customers, the NextiraOne contact centre solution enables responses to routine enquiries to be automated and to provide a flexible response when required to co-ordinate with marketing campaigns or seasonal demand.
“The contact centre delivered a significant improvement of customer service. The results of its implementation have exceeded our expectations.
